Become a Member

Membership in the American Chamber of Commerce of Afghanistan is available to all businesses and individuals with an interest in working with American companies and organizations in Afghanistan. All applications are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors. Members are expected to adhere to the AmCham Code of Conduct and practice good corporate citizenship. Members are expect to participate in at least one Sector Caucus and attend the Annual Meeting. For-profit entities are expected to contribute financially to at least one AmCham event per year. There is currently no membership fee.

General Member - U.S. Firms

This category is for firms formed under the laws of a U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing, operating and properly registered as a branch office in Afghanistan.

Associate Member - Non-U.S. Firms

This category is for firms formed under the laws of a non-U.S. jurisdiction (including Afghanistan), who conduct business with the American business community in Afghanistan.
